After having a terrible experience with a previous realtor, I was told by a friend about Jennifer. I was hesitant at first to reach out to her because I was afraid of going through the same nightmare I encountered with the last realtor. I finally gave in and reached out to her 2 weeks after getting her contact information. I gave her the price range I was looking for and sent her a few houses I was interested in looking at. The houses weren't what I expected. After seeing the houses she asked about what I do and I gave her my background as what I do, single mother of 4 children and gave her what I was looking to spend and what I didn't want to go over, even though I was qualified for way over what I wanted because I'm doing it alone didn't want to live paycheck to paycheck. 

She sent me a text 2 days later showing me a house that she knew she could get the price lower than what they wanted. I was not interested because I didn't believe me being a single mother could afford something that high, she suggested we should at least look at it. I fell in love with the house and right there and then I knew he knew what she was doing. Almost everything that I wanted she found what I was looking for. The price was still a little too high for me and being a first-time home-owner I was afraid. She encouraged me and the end result after finalizing everything, I was totally satisfied with her work. Every person she referred me to that I worked with, lawyer, broker, inspector, everyone was such a breeze to work with, and if she didn't know the answer she was sure she could lead me to the right person to answer that question. I was unsure of so many things and she made sure every detail I wasn't sure of was answered. I would work with her again, and with everyone she I know I would refer them to her. She not only did her job but she made sure that I felt comfortable through the entire process beginning to the end, and that's something you can't put a price on. Jennifer, thank you again for giving me and my four children something we can call our home. 

Jen is the absolute best! She was on her game from start to finish. Se got us the house of our dreams and kept us posted on everything at all times.
